The Concetti Group is proud to announce our participation at the 30th Achema Exhibition, taking place in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on June 18th-22nd, 2012. The Concetti sales team will be happy to welcome visitors to our stand A3 in hall 3.0.
Our special focus for this event will fall on the latest technological innovations in FFS technology, highlighting the model: Continua FFS.
The Continua FFS with Concetti palletizer
Continua is the completely automatic FFS machine that fills and seals bags formed by a tubular polyethylene reel capable of handling difficult and powdery products. The Concetti’s R&D engineers have recently developed new groundbreaking models designed to handle:
-very light powders (below 0,1 kg/l), producing bags as long as 130 cm
-fine powders, featuring many devices to guarantee product safety, clean environment, compact, airtight and easy to palletise bags
-flour, with a MAP system for flushing inert nitrogen into the bags to prolong the product freshness and shelf life;.
-cement, featuring six linear bagging stations for product de-aeration and bag compaction, designed to use standard PE tubular film, instead of costly films with venting systems
-corrosive products such as caustic soda/potash in flakes or prills.
Visitors will see a new groundbreaking model of this flexible and versatile bagging system, fitted with a device for inserting and sealing a pre-formed zipper onto the top of an ordinary PE bag.
The many advantages of Continua has already been chosen by industries world-wide, the benefits of such high-level technology is now available for the widest range of packaging applications imaginable.
