You need an expert consultant to survey the plant and advise you on the design of enclosures, collection hoods, ducting and the dust collection devices. The dust collectors could be a combination of dry, pulse jet bag filters and wet scrubbers, depending on the available options for recycling the collected dust.

Afterwards, work with the consultant to prepare preliminary designs and specifications, with Requests for Quotation from reputable equipment suppliers. The consultant will vet quotations and help you select the best, most effective solution.

Dear Mr.Tarek,

Are you not considering Modular Dust Extraction System, which may be your third option ? In your first & second types you may need to handle the dust collected. But not in Modular Dust Extraction System.
