A year ago when danlind installed the first process weigher from Jesma Vejeteknik A/S, the results were clear and measurable.

Significantly better ability to keep up with our tolerances
Factory manager Otto Kiørboe says:” The accuracy at low capacities was improved significantly with the JesBelt process weigher. So well that we today don’t have to adjust anything; not even at low capacities. Previously the process included us keeping an eye on the supply of the different products, since the former equipment often needed adjustments to reach our quality standards. Our quality has been optimized and the down time reduced, by installing the weighers from Jesma, since we no longer have to adjust and trim the processes when supplying products.
We are happy and satisfied that our measurements show that the accuracy is at a level of 0.02% in-line weighing”.

Self-cleaning process weights
Factory manager Otto Kiørboe is focusing on both the optimization of the process concerning the accuracies and the gain by having reliable production equipment.
We decided that all the process weighers from Jesma should be JesBelts with automatic cleaning bottom. We have very good experiences with the weighers keeping it self clean and thereby avoiding accumulation of dust causing the weigher to stop.

Based on the above mentioned reasons, Factory manager Otto Kiørboe chose to enter a close cooperation with Jesma, to deliver additional process weighers.

The good cooperation surprised us positively. The flexibility at Jesma meant that we could have the process weighers as we wanted them.
Our demand to accuracies is very high and to ensure the quality of our products, we therefore set very high demands to the process equipment we use”.
