Assuming you actually are referring to a distributing flight conveyor that is dividing a given amount

of material per minute above a set of secondary screens you are attempting to distribute 37,000

pounds per minute(18.5 tons per minute)(617 pounds per second) over a given area that is dropping this wieght onto either wet or dry tertiary screens.

Please clarify this issue if possible as flight conveyors typically use electric motors and reduction gear boxes. ■

The key is not the drive but the design. Once you have a design then chose a drive that is appropriate. If you have a design no one can give you sound advice unless we know about the design concept.
