Hi all, I am preparing a competencies matrix for young engineers. This competencies matrix will be used to plan for our young engineers training needs as we have so many things to start with.
To start with I list few and hope you all can add
1. Material surface preparation & Painting
2. Welding
3. NDT
4. Compressed air piping
5. Water piping
