Presently we cater to the European, African, Middle East, U.K, & U.S. Markets. We have a 200,000 sq. ft fully air conditioned facility which is specially designed to produce FOOD GRADE and PHARMA GRADE Bags with “HEPA FILTERATION”. We are the only Indian company to have such a facility from raw material stage to finished products warehouse viz extrusion, weaving, coating, liner, finishing etc.
We take pride in informing you that we have the certification from AIB (American Institute of Baking, USA) with “Superior" grade and also from BRC (British Retail Consortium, UK) for manufacturing of food and pharma grade bags.
As a fully integrated FIBC facility, we have a capacity to produce 2.5 million bags per annum right now which will be increased to 4 million bags per annum after the capacity expansion which will take place in December 2010. We have 4, 6, and 8 shuttle LOHIA STARLINGER looms and can offer bags of U-Panel and Circular construction. We are also planning to install Sulzer looms so that we can cater to such requirement from our customers.
Our looms are fitted with ULTRASONIC CUTTERS FOR FOOD GRADE fabric as also the Baffles for “Q” bags and food grade bags are cut by Ultrasonic m/cs in order to avoid tape fraying problems.
Our specialized equipment consists of Gluing M/c from USA, Ultrasonic Cutting Machine from Germany, Bottle Shaped Liner Machine from Turkey, Co-extruded 3 Layer Liner Plant, 2 Meter Wide Lamination Plant, FIBC Test Rig, Automatic Bag Cleaning Machine, UV Testing Machine, Metal Detector for Food and Pharma Bags etc.

All cargo is palletized and we stuff 24 pallets in a 20’ FCL with 10 tons nett weight and 48 pallets in a 40’ FCL with 20 tons. The plus point is that the location of our plant which gives us the unique advantage of 2 sea ports, MUMBAI and MUNDRA located within 400 kms range and goods can reach either port in 2 days from our factory.
