4. Product density
5. Structures to be considered
6. I am sure you know the drill on necessary design details heretofore not noted
I believe the number might be good for one country, not so good for another.
If you are looking for a 30%, then you have it.

Please tell, are you member of a consultant team doing budgeting for a RFQ? Please could you consider then the rough engineering + budgeting of a pipe conveyor / with oversea routing !!!/ something of an "actionable+value-adding" task that is imo done by specialised companies for, well, let's name it a compensation? And with, let's name it something like a warranty, of a feasability / reality of pricing etc ?
(Just my way of understanding your post..)
In any case, i (personally) wouldn`t like to be a bidder against a "googled" budget for such an installation.

You could even start within this forum, having even / already received professional engineering input to your request. Then there's also a forum for new tenders / projects / inquiries or so.. Think about it.

Enquiry for a budgetary cost for Pipe conveyor
dear all
We are planning for a Pipe conveyor to tranfer coal from a Coal Jetty to Stackyard. the distance btwn the two is about 10km (over sea). The unloading will be done by two Ship unloaders of 2300tph each. We have to provide a conveyor system to match this handling rate.
The conveyor routing is predominantly flat and straight.
(pipe conveyor chosen due to environmental constrains)
So I request the honourbl members of the forum to provide a budgetry cost for the project (with appropriate technical specifications) for the pipe conveyor system.
