Future Of Automatic Bag Placer For Packing Machines In India

Erstellt am 11. Jun. 2010 - 07:00

At present cement cos. in India facing problems of evacuating there finished product due to following reasons--

1 Due to non availability of Rakes and short turnaround time for a rack (earlier this was 2-3 days now 6-7 hours and next shall be 2 hours( in the case of Bulk Loading)

So, 95 % of Cement plants are designed on the basis of taking old inputs. Now,most of the plants are not getting the rackes because they can not fill the rake with cement bags with 6-8 hours,so they will have to opt for the following solutions--

1.Going for high speed packing machine up to 16 spouts--4500-4800 bags per hour(240-250 tph),with AUTOMATIC BAG PLACERS.The total TPH capacity of the packing machines/ packing plant in any cement plant shall be around 600 TPH MEANS 3 PACKERS OF 16 SPOUTS WITH 9-10 BAG PLACERS(3 WITH EACH).From this installation Cement Plants will be able to load a complete rake with in 7-8 hours otherwise no Rake

In the end good business for Companies in Packing/loading machines sector.

A plant having such facilities means--

1. 3 packing machines of 16 spouts.

2. 9 Auto Bag Placers.

3. 16-18 wagon loading machines.

4. 12-18 truck loading machines. So lot of business .
