We can supply yr bagging machine after sending full details, ned also to know the density of coal, how will you feed the bagging machine, where will it be used ( under vessel, warehouse...etc..)

Coal Bagging System
Gentleman, You need only a simple net weighing system.The entire system consists of--
1.Feeding system to Bunker/Storage Bin.
2.Storage Bin mounted on loadcells.
3.Screen.
4.Gates.
5.Net weighers
6.Discharge conveyor
7.Sealing /stitching machine.
And other related system.
You need to have first entire system design for the same so that you will get
the offers from Suppliers.
We have more then 30 years of experiance in such system design and have worked for world

Please note that due to less B.D of coal you may not get 15-20 tph capacity from each weigher.Base upon your requirement you can get the total nos. of weighers.
Since coal is not a costly item there is no need to put lot of money in the same.You can out source everything either from India or any other country based on the specifications.
