Our long experience guarantee a long life time and less maintance loader for each application.

For the loading of silo vehicles and closed containers with dry from powdery to grainy bulk goods we recommend

Loader type Quadro (see Fig. 1 below).

Areas of application:

Wherever loose, powdery or grainy bulk goods are to be loaded rapidly and ecologically safe, the Jet Loaders will be actively involved. Whether for cement, lime, plaster, ready-to-use

roughcast, REA products, or other problematic bulk goods - the Jet Loaders will work reliably and free of troubles.

Careful choice of materials and solid workmanship are the basis for good performance. Certain constructive details safeguard additional advantages.

TYPE QUADRO (with square buckets)

- with shutter cone

- for powdery goods

- standard size 220 x 220 mm

- buckets can be made of sheet steel, high-wear-resistant steel atainless steel or special steel

- exclusively for loading silo vehicles and containers

Advantages:

High operational security - by locating two pull lines outside of the material flow, the wear of these cables is practically reduced to zero, thus eliminating an otherwise frequent source of troubles and accidents.

Gentle on the outer bellows - the inner buckets are individually suspended on sturdy straps in order to limit the stroke range of the loader. The outer bellows can therefore not be damaged by overload.

Protected drive - All drive and control devices are concentrated within the loader head, where they are all well protected and yet easily accessible.

Compact design - Even if space is limited, the loader can be used without problems, since there are no pull cables and outside winches getting in the way.

Simplified installation - Just screw it on and hook up the power: Your Jet Loader is ready to operate.

For loading easily de-mixable or for dangerous ecological materials we recommend

Loader type Telerondo (Figs. 3 - 5 below)

Areas of application:

The loader TYPE JBM 200 TELE-RONDO is a special loader for the charging of silo vehicles which are to be

loaded with easily de-mixable bulk goods such as, for example, dry mortar. Bulk goods of varying weights and large fall heights cause de-mixing problems if standard loaders are employed. This leads to quality losses. The de-mixing of such bulk goods will practically be prevented by using the TELE-RONDO TYPE JBM 200.

Operation:

Place the silo vehicle under the TELE-RONDO with a precision of 50 mm. The TELE-RONDO discharge cone

sets itself on to the silo dome opening and the telescoping pipes dip further into the silo vehicle.

Thus, only a free fall height of 200 - 400 mm remains. Because of the minimum free fall height and the automatic gradual raising of the telescoping pipes via the level control as the vehicle is filling, the de-mixing of bulk good components with differing weights is prevented.

When the maximum filling level in the silo vehicle is reached, two maximum level indicators see to it that either the filling equipment is shut off or shut-off devices are switched off to close. When the TELE-RONDO is raised the closure cone prevents post trickling of material and the ingress of circulation air and thus humidity into the loader.

Material/design:

Steel and various stainless steels are available. Painting is hammer tone, silver grey, other finishes on request

For coarse grained bulk materials onto open lorries railway carriages or ships we recommend

Gravel Loaders type RONDO DN 300 - DN 800 (Fig. 6 below)

They are special loaders for the loading of coarse grained bulk materials, e.g. gravel stones, gravel stone chips onto open lorries or railway carriages. Models with extended lift are suitable for ships and stock pile loading.

The required exhaust air of approx. 2000 - 10000 m3/h/m dust cloud can be exhausted through the suction piece via a suitab¬le de-dusting plant. Loading thus proceeds virtually dust-free. For loading capacity up to 400 m3/h in stone peeble and sand areas the RONDO TYPE 500 is well suited.

For use in the gravel- and hard-stone industry the types RONDO 600 and 800 with their special abrasion protection pipe inserts are ideally suited. The repeatedly revolvable and easily exchanged abrasion protection pipes of Hardox 400 significantly increase service life. Customer-specific wall thicknesses up to 20 mm and the use of special, abrasion protection steels lower the operating costs.

Compact loader models with integrated high-performance lifting capstan and the required limit switches facilitate econo¬mical installation possibilities. Due to the factory adjusted and installation friendly design, final installation can be effected by customer personnel. Direct attachment to conveyor belts or under loading stations is realized without problems.

Because of the varying discharging parameters of the va¬rious grain sizes an optimum bulk material entry into the loading equipment is not possible. Abrasive wear can be pre-determined according to the type of bulk material. Because of the good construction of the equipment the special inlet pipe can be maintained economically by your own operating personnel by revolving in many times and by exchanging the worn areas.

Operation:

The compact design permits an economical expansion pos¬sibility. Depending on varying conditions, wear zones in the inlet pipe are minimized to customer specifications.

The loading unit installed under the conveyor belt or over the discharge point permits bulk material loading ranging from coarse through fine grained down to dusty, powdered materials.

High loading performances are accomplished economically.

Optimally designed exhaust pipe connections make good exhaust performances possible which allow a practically dust-free loading operation.

The discharge cone and the inner pipes of the loader are lowered onto the vehicle with electrical controls and suspen¬ded push buttons. The content indicator of the cable tension switch signalize contact with the flat bed lorry body or the maximum extended condition. The lifting capstan is stopped in its downward movement. The rising bulk material activates the level indicator during loading and the discharge cone is raised. Raising speed is to be selected so that the dust skirt will not lift itself off the bulk material.

Raising by approx. 200 mm when reaching the level indicator, dwelling time of approx. 4 sec in the raised position reduces dust development even during vehicle movement und permits automatic laoding.

CAUTION: A weight limitation during loading via a scale or a timer control is to be scheduled.

Design - Exterior parts are sand blasted, primed and hammertone silver-grey finished or painted with high quality coatings. Inside pipes: normal steel, Hardox or special steels. Dust dome of conveyor belt: rubber

Wear protection pipe with wall thicknesses up to 20 mm are available.
