L F Pumping - Mobile Lamiflo Drying Unit

Erstellt am 12. Jan. 2010 - 11:23

Andrew,

The Mobile Drying Units, now available from LF Pumping, will be able to assist with this enquiry. They can reduce the moisture content, on a whole host of various differing materials. One of the key aspects of mobile drying, is that you are very unlikely to have access to direct heat sources, used in many traditional drying methods.

We need access to electricty via generators, or a direct power source, and can reduce the moisture content as per your enquiry, for very little cost. The tonnage is absolutely no problems, up to 250 tonnes per hour.

What sort of mositure are you looking to remove, integral / inherent or surface?

What approx particle or aggregate size?

How many tonnes in total?

What is the purpose behind reducing the moisture content? is it transport carbon & cost cutting or increasing the calorfic value of the materials before using it to generate electricity.

Are you looking for just mositure reduction or material handling as well?

These latest mobile drying units, can be stationed and moved around the world, to suit your site, and to suit your materials, and moisture content reduction. Just plug them in, and press Go. We offer a complete one stop shop whether at the mine itself or at the power generation premises, or both. These units are extremely energy and cost efficient. http://www.lfpumping.com

Mobile Drying Of Fly Ash

Hello,

Hopefully you have heard of "HOLO-flo" Screw Dryers. If not, I invite you to visit our website at www.holo-flo.com.

These are hollow screw processors wherein the heat transfer medium, (steam or hot oil), is allowed to circulate inside the screws and jacketed housing to provide an indirect heat exchange. The "HOLO-flo" units maybe installed on top of trailers in series or parallel units. This type of design will provide you the heating, drying and mobility you require.

Thank you and if you have any further questions, please send us an email at n.nicdao@holo-flo.com.
