Özbekolu Co. was established in 1974 in Ankara, Turkey and has been active in the field of bulk solids handling and processing equipment since 1992 as a trading company. The activities of the company are:
1. Serving as consultant for plant design, resulting in functional and successfull operation of the plant
2. Analysis of the material(s)
3. Supplying the proper unit for the operation.
The expertise of the company is mainly on filtering and dedusting equipment, mixing and conveying units.
Test stands for material to be conveyed and background of the company permits us to propose successfull solutions to client needs.
In 2008, the changing needs of the market could hardly be met with retailed products and consequently, own production in the company was decided.
The design parameters for the products are based on in-site experience.
Easy assembly, low maintenance and efficient products together with enlarged operating limits are the milestones of the design.
The units are composed of standard parts and accessories and this facilitates the user to find most spares available in the market.
Thanks to research and development studies, a noticeably high service life of the components could be achieved.
New products were introduced, such as rubber flexible ball joints for inlets and/or outlets of the conveyors and hoppers, and aluminium body butterfly valves, which were welcomed by our customers.
Sslide valves were released with a seperate chute in rubber (EPDM) which permits to ensure sealing. Additionally the sealing is adjustable by means of the assembly tension of the fixing screws.
Filters in highweight and maximum case is given to reduce the velocity of the dust particles such as to result in better performance of the operation.
Optional: electronic pressure measuring units facilitate users to follow the pressures inside the filtering unit.
The company is producing below listed items, through her own production line, for Ceramics, Building Chemicals, Beton / Cement, Flyash and related sectors.
