Just curious, but if you can issue such a detailed specification why are you not producing this equipment yourselves from a local sub-contractor

Are you seeking to bag sand mix and aggregate mix cements for sale? If this is the case you are making more work than is necessary.

If you are looking to build a cement batch plant you need help with your specifications.

Why do you require(desire) a double drum tugger hoist for this specification?

A silo loading system can be done much more easily with currently available equipments for sale today

This point is both curious and disturbing as your specification will require contacting a mining equipment stockist. Position sensors for skip hoists are magnetic and if you are simply loading silos for cement bagging it would be prohibitive.

Your requirement is very confusing simply because it is incomplete; if you desire to load cement silos with sand and aggregates it is easliy accomplished with a pair of sturdy bucket elevators.

You will be much better off purchasing a complete cement mixing batch plant that will have every thing you need with none of the things you do not need which are in your specification.

If we new more about what you are doing or want to accomplish with this it would be helpful but from what you have provided a simple concrete batch plant to mix and bag isand mix and stone mix aggregate cements is all you really want from what I am interpreting.

Dear lzaharis,

The equipments which we want are part of a cement-sand-mix & cement-sand-agregate-mix, wherein the sand and agregates are of special types. We do not want to waste/spill any materials and hence a skip hoist is proposed. Cement will be conveyed by a pneumatic transporter.

What you want to do is easily accomplished wih a small batching plant that is currently available for sale today with no problematic items like a double drum skip hoist, giude rails, speed sensors for the tugger hoist etc.

A completely fabricated very small cement batch plant fed with a pair of bucket elevators or a paired pneumatic delivery system or one or a pair Dos Santos Inc. Snake Belts feeding your hoppers will do the job easily.

Most batching plants are set up for pneumatic delivery of aggregates to the hoppers anyway and what you wish to do is counterproductive and really not at all cost effective to assemble and maintain when a simpler method exists

If you are going to bag a fine aggregate mix, a sand mix or Pozzolana and plaster an open mouth bagging system and bag sewing system for triple wall paper bags is the simplest way to go and it will be much less expensive and less trouble than a counter balanced hoisting system for that short an incline and distance.

A counter balanced hoisting system requires much more material for guides, and steelwork than you have provided in your posting here- a simple short incline ramp with rails is not going to work properly as the wheeled carriers will yo yo-(bounce) when being lowered as the cables will whip from the wide fleet angle due to the required distance from the hoist to pay out cable and use cable roller guides to maintain the cable in a single pathway on the roller guides.

A new small double drum tugger hoist using the Alimak brand for example will cost more than a very small batching plant and single bagging line.

If you contact one of the cement manufacturing associations in Europe or the USA or Japan they will help you obtain everything you need and do it effectively and very simply implementing a dilute phase pneumatic delivery system for the aggregates and sand as well as cement.
