The 18th European Biomass Conference & Exhibition

will be held from 3 - 7 May 2010 at the

Cit Internationale - Centre de Congrs, in Lyon, France.


You are member of the global Biomass Community and you are highly welcome to participate in this largest specialist biomass event in Europe in 2010.

The Conference and Exhibition offer a unique platform to present innovative results and ideas to Biomass specialists and decision makers from all continents. The topics for which we are inviting you to submit your contribution are based on the experiences of successful previous European Biomass Conferences.

Authors interested in presenting a paper are welcome to submit their abstract by 15 January 2010.

News for Authors

Citability of Papers: all submitted final papers of plenary, oral and visual presentations will be published online and coded by a digital identifier (DOI code) provided by the German National Library of Science and Technology. This guarantees an unequivocal and permanent identification and citability of all papers of the Conference Proceedings.

Peer Review

A selected number of submitted papers will be invited for a Peer Review Process for publication in a renowned scientific journal.

Finally some words about Lyon: The metropolitan city of Lyon is located in the heart of the Rhne-Alpes, south of Paris. Lyon is not only a leading European business traveler’s destination but also enjoys a lively cultural and sporting life. Since 1998 its town centre is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. Lyon can be reached by national, international and intercontinental flights. It is only 1.5 hours ride from Paris on the famous French high speed train TGV.
