We have timing belt drive application in our machine drives.In this timing belt (Mega torque Belt-Mitubhusi-G type -Rubber material), aluminium pulley material were used to drive, we found early failure in pulley wornout. Can suggest why the pulley got being worn out?
(Indal c62s -aluminium grade used)
Is there any guidelines to select pulley material grade,i dont find any spec. in the catalog.
