Cougar Industries Adds Rectangular Aerator to Flow-Aid Portfolio

November 6, 2009: Peru, IL – For more than 40 years Cougar Industries has been a leader in flow-aid technology with its industrial vibrator line of products. Through development, acquisition and strategic relationships Cougar has continued its commitment to powder and bulk solid processing and handling industries. Cougar Industries is pleased to announce the expansion of its flow-aid product line with the introduction and immediate availability of its rectangular aerator product line.

Rectangular aerators are an industry standard for flow-aid aeration style in concrete batch plants for cement and flyash silos. These units are available in the industry standard size of 3.75” x 7.5” and can be mounted from outside the bin using the available external mounting kit. All aerators are plated steel with either cotton or fiberglass diffusers. Aerators can be mounted to cover an effective area of 10” radius from the aerator center. These rugged and reliable devices are low in cost and immediately available from stock. Competitive pricing and OEM or Resale discounts are available.

Cougar Industries is responsible for inventing the mobile truck vibrator in 1964.
