Comptrol Technologies Inc. introduces it's new FEEDamatic 67XS scale

Comptrol Technologies Inc.'s FEEDamatic 67XS scale is a compact, low headroom, loss-in-weight scale, for continuous blending of free-flowing materials. The latest in the FEEDamatic Series of scales, the 67XS is specifically designed to allow retrofit into existing systems, or reduce the headroom requirements in new systems. It has a height of 30 inches (775 mm), but a capacity of up to 1100 ft3/hr (32 m3/hr). The scale comes pre-wired to the CTR3-LW Scale Controller. Installation consists of mounting the scale and providing AC power, a network connection (6 networks to choose from), and clean compressed air. The scales can be controlled through Comptrol Technologies Inc.'s BlendView software, all major SCADA systems, or individually through the standard web interface.

•Compact size with low profile making it ideal for discharging from existing stock bins where little headroom is available.
•Continuous flow - eliminates pulses to processing equipment and provides more accurate blending.
•Accuracy of better than 0.2% regardless of changes in material characteristics.
•Can be directly controlled by Comptrol's BlendView recipe management software, MillView yield management software, a PLC, or your existing PC based control system with any of Comptrol's network interface solutions: Devicenet, Profibus, Modbus-TCP, Profinet, Ethernet/IP,and CANopen.
•Simple calibration - material independant
•Sanitary flow-through design.
•Ready for use "out of the box", the CTR3-LW Controller is pre-mounted and wired to the scale. The only connections required are power, network, and compressed air!
•Mounts to the base or top of the frame for maximum flexibility.
•Optional outlet flange for connection to a discharge spout.
•Available in painted mild steel (std), contact 304SS, or full 304SS.
