Dear Alex,
The maximum current (disregarding the magnetic inrush current) is:
760/100 * 185 = 1406 Amps. at the initial scwitch on.
After the e-motor takes up speed, the consumed current decreases down to no load current at maximum rpm.
Can also be determined with the spreadsheet.

E-motor Start-up Current
Hi All,
If we start an e-motor with the following characteristics with DOL method (with out any load, ie not connected to any load) what is the maximum current absorbed by the emotor in the start-up?
110 kW
locked rotor current : 760% of FL current
Full load current : 185 Amps ■
