Inclusive with the machine is a Hydraulic powerpack, 185kw 4 pole electric motor 380/415 volts 50/60hz., Sauer SPV27 hydraulic closed loop pump, Oil Cooler, Oil tank, Relief valves and all pipe work.
All the above is assembled on a stand alone support structure to provide a semi mobile installation or could be split to fit into a smaller location.
The machine is controlled via a Start Delta starter for the 185kw electric motor and logic easy relay Control for the forward and reverse of the hydraulic pump.
The control panel has an inbuilt auto reverse function, activated via a pressure switch to clear any blockages or overloads within the main crushing chamber.
A 5 metre long 1200mm wide conveyor, removes the crushed material from the outfeed of the machine.
