Dears,

please send me your offer for a short head cone crusher and vibrating feeder with below spec:

1- material: copper ore

2- input size: 80% minus 30mm

3- outlet size: 80% minus 10mm

4- capacity: min. 210t/h

5- Bond work index (pebble crushing): 18.1 kWh/t

6- this crusher should be installed between 2 existing conveyor with limited space so it needs 2 vibrating feeder for input and output

7- vibrating feeder capacity: 210 t/h

the crusher should be installed in existing plant with below spec:

1- conveyor 10 discharge material on conveyor 11 through chute 01

2- the available height between these conveyor 3700mm

3- the crusher should installed between these conveyors

4- so the crusher feed will be from conveyor 10 and the outlet product of crusher will be discharged on conveyor 11

5- the crusher should be parallel with chute 01 by a two way chute. whenever the crusher is not working the material pass through chute 01

so please specify your suggestion:

1- the equipment for conveying material from conveyor 10 to crusher

2- the equipment for conveying material from crusher to conveyor 11

2- can we use vibrating feeder for this application?

3- minimum height of crusher? ■

I was going thru your requirement. You are looking at a reduction ratio or 3:1 and if its a pebble crusher circuit then I presume that you want to increase the efficiency and the production of the ball mill . If so you should also seriously look at a very good Vertical shaft impactor (Oremax) like that of REMco. These machines are ruggedly built for heavy duty mining application ( Like oil lube ,conquerer rotors etc).
