EXTENSION OF OUR COMPACTION AND GRANULATION PILOT PLANT
EURAGGLO informs you about the extension of its pilot plant of Quivrechain (near Valenciennes, France) with the addition of an instrumented roller press, type DH 400.
With this press, it is possible to work :
-at specific pressures higher than 100 kN/cml
-with several feeding systems : gravity feed, precompactor, with or without vacuum deaeration
-with different briquette sizes
Thanks to its automatization, it will be easy to register on line the different working parameters via USB.
This unit comes in addition to the 2 other tangential roll presses, and the hydraulic presses in operation since 1999.
In our laboratory, we also have available : several sizers and granulators, mixing equipment installed in 2008, one screening equipment and equipment to test the quality of briquettes and granules.
