1. How many hours do you plan to operate per week?
2. Are the eggshells already crushed to the desired size?
3. Do you want a dryer? a control system?
4. What moisture content do you want the finished product to be after drying? ■

1-2 days a week, They are allready crushed and have a moisture content 20-30%
We are looking for a complete dryer. The finished product has to be>98%DM. ■

Drying Eggshells
We want to dry 1000 tonnes/year eggshells. We are looking for drying equipment and want to use landfill gas (50%CH4 and 35%CO2 14% N2) as energy.
