Dear Navneeth,

Read the following articles.

Pneumatic conveying, an unexpected relationship.

Designing a pneumatic conveying installation, without having an experienced and theoretical background, is a big financial and operational risk.

Manufacturers, who make these installations nowadays, can tell you heartbreaking stories about their learning curve.

The advice is: Do not wish to go that path.

Best regards

Dear Navneeth,

Again, the best way to go, is to ask a well-known supplier for a quotation for a design and the delivery of the components.

Then you can install the system yourself. It is a small system anyway.

Designing, purchasing and installing yourself will cost you the same amount of money or more.

In addition, the risk of designing, complying with governing (food) rules and guarantee is the responsibility of someone who can estimate the chance of mistakes.

Use that opportunity to study the art of pneumatic conveying and later you will have gained the capabilities of execution a project yourself.

If pneumatic conveying itself is not the core business of your company, then stay away from it and purchase, or start a new career in a pneumatic conveying manufacturing company.

Take care
