You need a balling disc.
The powders you want to make into spheres is required to to be fine enough. You may ned a binder for getting strength. ■

Depending on the tonnages you are trying to produce I would suggest either speronizers or disc pelletizers. for the size of particle you are trying to achieve I would think a disc pelletizer would suite you well.

What is the production capacity?
In India saucer shaped pan nodulisers are used in fertilizer granulation plants. Large pellet discs of 7.5 m dia are in use in iron ore pellet plants.
It is also possible to make spheres in drum type nodulisers. Promac from Bangalore had made them for Kudremukh pellet plant. ■

I want to make 3 ~ 6 mm sphere ,I am using ball mill powder,metal oxides, and water to make sphere, so can anybody suggest ,the manufacture of equipments who can make sphere of my raw materials,
