You need a balling disc.

The powders you want to make into spheres is required to to be fine enough. You may ned a binder for getting strength.

Depending on the tonnages you are trying to produce I would suggest either speronizers or disc pelletizers. for the size of particle you are trying to achieve I would think a disc pelletizer would suite you well.

Dear Raj,

What is the production capacity?

In India saucer shaped pan nodulisers are used in fertilizer granulation plants. Large pellet discs of 7.5 m dia are in use in iron ore pellet plants.

It is also possible to make spheres in drum type nodulisers. Promac from Bangalore had made them for Kudremukh pellet plant.

As Vinayak has mentioned there are many manufactures of this technology. The company I have worked with in the past has been Mars Mineral http://www.marsmineral.com/disc-pelletizer.htm

Their units have been used specifically for metal powders such as yours. I hope this helps, let me know if you need anything further.
