We are having a double stage single flap valve for iron ore with a capacity of 500tph for a particle size of 10mm. What are the available liner options for this condition?
Also the flap valve is motorized type not pneumatic actuated. Will there be any advantages of using pneumatic for this application.

We need to know more about the application...& what you mean by "double stage single flap valve" ■

One advantage with pneumatics is that if you incorporate a bit of "slop" in the linkage you can get the piston moving before trying to move the flap. This results in a bit of a "thump" which can help unstick the flap. ■
