The new Colortronic feeder CD70S is ideally suited for dosing of granules and free flowing regrind and flake material in both continuous and batching applications.
The CD70S has been developed as part of Colortronic’s ongoing improvement process based on customer feedback and experience out in the field.
The main features include:
•Compact in size and low in weight
•Bottom discharge of material via a slide gate
•Tool free removal of feed screw from the rear
•Maintenance free gears
•Large screw intake area giving a more consistent feed
•All material contact surfaces are corrosion resistant food grade stainless steel
•Can be retro-fitted to existing lines
The feeder can be supplied in gravimetric or volumetric versions as a stand alone feeder or as part of a blender system.
