Rail Span = 25 m

Total length of equipment (including projection into sea side) = 55m

Width of the equipment (along rail line) = 37m

Height of the equipment = 61m

Total Weight of Equipment (Approx) = 1450 T

1. Please indicate the clear time frame for erection work & commissioning work. Please attach a Gantt chart with your budgetary quote

2. Cost per Ton for erection and commissioning

3. List of equipments required to be imported into Libya and their declared value. Please note that all your equipments shall be eventually exported out of Libya, after project completion. The declared for equipments is required to determine the temporary import duty to be paid, which shall be in our scope

4. Cost per Ton : In case of local fabrication (at site). This is only to keep a budgetary provision, in case some items need to be repaired or fabricated afreash at site

5. Organization chart during execution of project, showing level of people and number of people

6. Visa & work permit shall be arranged by us.

7. Contractor shall arrange for flight tickets of his man power.

8. Contractor shall arrange to import (temporary) bunker containers for the accommodation of his staff
