Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik nimmt neue GMP-Halle in Betrieb
In the year 2008, Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik GmbH & Co. KG once again widened their production capacities by commissioning a new hall at the Schoeneck works near Frankfurt in Germany.
The hall is designed especially for the processing of various bulk materials for the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry, and is therefore subdivided into certain production areas, providing a spatial separation of the different processes.
In particular for the processing of dental products, very difficult or greasy materials, as well as materials with very low bulk weight, a completely new generation of screens was installed. Additionally, the production location is now equipped with a brand new compacting centre, including a roll compacting system with press capacity regulation, continuous fines refeeding, multi-step granulation and fines screening device. All common forms of trading units can be handled here, in middle-sized lots from one up to 20 tons.
To complete the range of services, there are different opportunities given in the hall for granulation and fine grinding of raw materials. And certainly, special filling systems are available in addition.
For durability, but also especially for hygienic reasons, all the systems in the hall are made of stainless steel, divided from each other by means of food safe partition walls or high-speed doors – just like in the stock areas, where Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik are going to store raw materials and finished goods of customers all over the world.
