Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik expands machinery by purchase of a large compacting centre
Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik GmbH & Co. KG reacted to the increasing demands for bulk material contract processing by purchase of a new large compaction plant. The plant is equipped with a roll compacting unit with a 400 mm diameter roll, which is basically designed for the processing of big quantities. Otherwise, it also offers various fine adjusting possibilities.
A continuous press capacity regulation and a multi-step granulation with adjustable scab crusher and variable fines granulator, as well as frequency converter drives make this system just as flexible, to produce a wide range of grain shapes and hardnesses with raw materials of high or low bulk weight. And by installing of a special storage tank and discharge device, the demands for less flowing products were met as well.
The flexibility of the new plant also shows looking at the trading units handled: Sacks, drums, paper board containers and big bags up to 2.2 m are accepted without any problems. To provide highest durability and a long service life, any machine part with contact to the product are made from stainless steel V2A.
Since its commissioning, the new system proves itself and complements very well the range of bulk material services, offered by Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik.
