Difference Between Flip Flop And Standard Vibrating Screens Is.…

A standard circle throw inclined vibrating screen, basically has wirecloth installed in it, or it could be rubber or urethane......the whole body including the wirecloth or whatever media......VIBRATES....AS a whole......basically at 3/8" circle throw at 20 degree angle at a specific speed.....but, generally 3/8" at say 850 rpm..which would have the machine vibrate at plus minus 3.5 to 4.0 G's accelerating force.

...........

FLIP FLOP type screen......the body runs at plus minus 2 G's and the flip flop decks actually run up to 50 G's inside the frame of the vibraing screen....INDEPENDENT of the vibrating body. MUCH MORE AGGRESSIVE ACTION.

If you have hard to screen mtls....that a conventional circle throw screen WILL NOT SCREEN.......then try the FLIP FLOP theory.
