You must give more than that!
What is the process? The particle size will not be uniform at 100 microns. What is the distribution of particle sizes? If it is a thermal process there will be finer particles than that.
Anyone giving a sensible answer will need to know the airflow, temperature, humidity and acid gas content, if any.
For a better understanding of the subject, purchase a copy of "Plant and Process Ventilation" by W.C.L Hemeon or "Industrial Ventilation" published by The American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists.
