Bulk Bag Discharger
Etienne,
To help me advise you with regards to your Bulk Bag Discharger application, oplease advise :-
1. Seam height of Bulk Bag to be discharged ?
2. Height of receiver below the bulk bag discharger from the floor.

I have a total height of 4m, and we are using 1 ton jumbo bags, their height depends on the density of the product, but maximum it is 2m high.
and the hooper below is 700mm from the floor.
The other possibility is to have the bulk-bag dischargers (4 units) on ground level, so the height would not be a problem, and have a conveying system to bring the powders to the hooper, 14m higher. The problem then is that the density of these powders can be from 0.4 to 5.

Loading by FLT is quite usual, if the head room is limited.
The 700mm underneath the discharger allows you to use a screw conveyor or an other type of conveyor if that is more apropriate for your application. There are several solutions for lifting the product to one meter from ground level.

Big bag unloader
Hello sir,
I want to add to my production line four big bags unloader, for powder content.
I wanted to know if it is possible to put the big bag into the unloader with a lift truck, as I have only 4m high available.
And I need to convey the powders then into a weighing hopper which top is 1 meter high from ground level.
What kind of method do you advise for conveying powders horizontally ? And if I can have an idea of the price of such equipment also, it would be great.
