The company ART GmbH Anlagenbau Reinraum Technik was founded at the beginning of May 2003, and we have specialized in clean room systems for the protection of persons, products and the environment.
The partners are Mr Heinz Schenk, a graduate engineer, Georg Reiber (both have been working in this field for 15 years) and www.Knupfer-Metallverarbeitung.de, a metal processing company with more than 55 employees.
We offer the following range of production:
• Isolators for safety at work and protection of products, designed acc. to DIN EN ISO 14644, equipped with
- Including a sterilization unit (H2O2 gas generators)
- Explosion-proof
• Sterility test isolators with H2O2 sterilization unit
• Isolators for cytostatic drugs and TPN, containing a H2O2 speed lock
• Sampling, weighing or decanting booths for safety at work and protection of products
• Laminar flow systems and devices, customized and designed for the protection of persons, products and the environment
• Laminar flow work stations with vertical, horizontal or circulating routeing of air flow
• Safety work benches classes 2 and 3 acc. to DIN EN ISO 14644
• Laminar flow containments for production and bottling machines
• Laminar flow systems for dry working processes
• Inert gas systems made of plexiglass or stainless steel
- including a gas cleaning unit
• Locks for persons and material, active, passive, cooled
• Process tray dryer for an effective area of 2m
• Clean room furniture made of stainless steel, further products on request
• Substantial documentation for qualifying purposes, as well as complete implementation of qualifications acc. to GMP and GAMP regulations
Concerning ventilation technology we offer energy-saving concepts (EC motors), this way power consumption can normally be reduced at least by half.
We have specialized, among other things, in containment isolators appropriate to work with highly efficient pharmaceutical products. These systems are designed according to customer requirements and following DIN EN ISO 14644, which has been passed in January 2005.
In the field of laminar flow booths for sampling (protection of persons, products and the environment) we have also developed and provided various concepts.
