“This innovative storage and transportation system integrates two light plastic sleeves into a polypropylene bulk bag (FIBC), replacing the conventional wooden pallet with a totally recyclable design,” says Paul Grams of Sun Coast Packaging. “Lifting the TELLAP bag from the base allows one man to load, handle and store these bags quickly, with increased safety.

A regular pallet can weigh over 66 lbs (30 kg) while two TELLAP sleeves weigh only 4,4 lbs (2 kg), reducing freight costs. The unique capability of being raised from the base means these pallet-less bags can be safely stacked three high in a container or four high in a warehouse, depending on local laws.
