Model BBU400GI heavy-duty bulk bag unloader features a bolt in bag pan mounted on a square tube sub-frame. This frame is mounted on a set of vibration isolators. Optional bag massagers mount to bag pan frame and are actuated with a pair of pneumatic air cylinders. An electro-mechanical vibrator motor shakes bag pan with massagers, forcing out stubborn powders. Pneumatically operated bag pinchers allow for secure bag shut-off.
Robust frame built up from 4” square tube and all continuously welded is suited to harsh environments. Modular construction makes it easy to upgrade or re-configure for future use.
Open frame architecture accommodates process equipment mounted directly into frame. Model VTF600GI neatly integrates to frame. Minimal ledges on frame are matched to feeders drop bottom for easy access and cleaning. Feeder is anchored on one end and hung from the other making the entire bottom of feeder clear.
Bulk bag unloaders are available with many options including scales, double beams and tower systems. Suitable for food, dairy or general industrial service.
