Dear Shri Banerjee,

The wagon tippler and side arm charger are designed as a single system to achieve the required tips per hour, considering various motions, chosen speeds for those motions, accelerations, decelerations, wagon detachment time loss, time for wagon waiting etc. For example if we use higher speed and power for the tippler, then the side arm charger speed and power will come down. A balance is made while selecting the parameters of both these items so that system gives best of performance while maintaining the overall economy. The calculation of the cycle time and their further explanation or presentation is difficult to mention here. I do the analysis of such cycle time by computer program, for tippler installation which enables to decide the right kind of features.
