My partner is an agent for cement and has a partner in other parts of the world and they are selling cement , not scamming people.

they work hard into the night talking on the phone as things need to be sorted out.

at the moment they have a need for over 17 mln tons . all with loi's .

I dont understand the back stabing here, the scamers are there for sure but there is a procedure's to follow ,and scamers normally want to rush things .

ONly from China you can get but in China : 70% of factories ar full of commands ... I you need cement 42.5 for Europe, forget too because china standard is not accept in Europe . Only Clinker !

You need to move , to visit factories . Don't beleive brokers through internet . All is fake !!!

Be careful too about shipment . The price for one ton is approximately the same of one ton of cement !

Only CFR or FOB if seaport is very near !!!!!

When office or brokers propose cement , ask them their last documents about last deal !!! They will reply you , that it's impossible !! Don't believe . real seller hide nothing !

Anyway : If you want to buy cement : call direct Factories , ask meeting (maybe). Pay your cement in PREPAYMENT ONLY ! Other way is scam way !!!

If you want to buy cement , call cement factories ... If you have meeting, you MUST pay your cement in PREPAYMENT ! Why ?

Because , cement factories cannot produce cement that the world needs ! In this case , cement factory will choose real buyer with MONEY , cash money !!!!

Don't beleive too about Big Quantities . There is not enough cargo to bring virtual cement in the world .. :-)
