This platform has given us opportunity to learn a lot from the Titans of Material Handling Industry. We have been sharing our exposure related to Fly Ash,Gypsum and Lime.Since last two years there has been unexpacted change in the demand of said materials in International market .We would like to share once again our experiance for these materials in this forum which we have done in this forum more then one year back.

Fly Ash--This black gold was avilable free of cost in India and was headache for the Power plant people to handle and store.Today, this material is being sent from India to Gulf countries by Indian agents @ 25-30 US $ (FOB).Since, the price of cement in Gulf countries is hoovering around between US $ 62-68 per tonne and these countries do not have the fly ash they have to import the same from India because they need to mix the same with OPC to make PPC .The agents in India is buying the same from power plants @ between US $ 0.75-1 /T (Huge profit?).Price for this fly ash will go from US 1/T TO US$ 5 with in 6 months.Still there is very good opportunity for a businessmen to enter in the same.

Gypsum-In India this product is being used after calcination called POP. In any building the ratio for the same with cement was 5:95 means only 5% quantity was being used as compare to cement. In Gulf and European countries this propotion is 60:40 .Since, cement has become very costly in India and also there is boom in Infrastructure there shall be huge demand for the same and the big giants like LAFARGE and Saint Gobain have already smelled this they are going for big expansions and take overs.By 2012 there shall be shortage of 10 mtpa of POP and 150 lacs sq m/y of gypsum board.Today the raw material is easily avilable in India but going to shoot up very shortly. This is the right time to pitch in this business of Gypsum Calcination and Gyp Board plant.

We have been providing our services for the detailed feasibilty for the both Gypsum Calcination and Gyp Board plant in Gulf countries for the last 3 years .Recently, we have got orders from 3 companies in India to provide them the detailed report.
