It is a a common refined dry chemical easily purchased with no special needs regarding storage except in bulk form-dry storage needed for it. it is used on dusty dirt roads in a liquid solution here in the USA. Search for dust control on roads and google calcium chloride and you will have many avenues for information.
You could also use a weak solution of mineral oil-2-3 percent in a pumped aqueos solution in spray booms with little trouble as well. ■
