We urgently lookng to buy 20,000mt OPC 42.5R in 50kg kraft paper sacks for export from Urumqi City (China) or any boardering Chinese Regions to Kazakhstan by Railway Carriages transportation basis,CIF Al-Matay City - Kazakhstan Republic.

10 railway carriages per each lot 600mt to transport total 20,000mt per month on regular basis contract.

We invite qualified,well established and serious exporters/cement plants to quote us best offers CIF Al-Matay City - Kazakhstan.

Payment: by 100% sight LC.

Inspection: required at loading port.

Who will issue the L/C and from which Bank?

Mr. Awad,

From your posting I assume that rail link already exisits for the transportation of commodities from China to Almaty. Is that right? Can you explain if your cement is required as bulk or bagged in 50kg or 2mt bags? How will they discharge cement from rail carriages? Is it their responsibility? Will they contract for unloading and storage handling?

I shall send you cement offer as we have completed 500,000 MT supply from Northern China last year through vessels. This rail delivery is going to be first of it's kind for us.

Many fake companies offer low prices on websites and forums. Most of them are dishonest and wastage of time and money. Brokers also keep fishing for low supplies.

Kindly re-confirm your intent on this 20,000 MT monthly requirement so we start work on it diligently. Do you have previous experience in bulk trade?
