Rotor and end cap are supported on a set of smooth slide bars to make simple work of cleaning valve. Rotors are available in either 9 blade or 8 blades with beveled tips and sides. Seals are air purged and include an adjustable seal tensioner. Dual outboard bearings on either end of rotor provide a stable platform for rotating assembly. Rotor is centered with exclusive micro adjust system. Several sizes are available in both drop through and blow through configurations. Unit is suited for general industrial, food grade and sanitary USDA Dairy applications.
