Gravity divert valve offers all tool free quick take apart and a great seal. Divert valve incorporates a unique nylon plug driven by a shaft. When active port is selected, the plug completely covers the dormant port. The leading surface of the plug forms the blade of the divert. A pneumatic actuator drives the shaft-plug assembly. The front cover is easily removed to reveal shaft and plug assembly. These items are easily removed without tools for ease of cleaning. Sizes range from 3” to 10” diameter port sizes. Several different housing and plug materials are available. Unit is suited for general industrial, food grade and sanitary USDA Dairy applications.
