Powder is conveyed via vacuum or pressure to the module. Fill of module is done through gain in weight control. Batching is done through loss in weight control with bulk and dribble modes. Flexible control of module enables batching of a wide range of powders from sluggish powder to free flowing carbon powder by managing fill and discharge volumes. Modules can be set up as groups of six and integrated to a single controller for easy custom batch make up.
Assembly shown is capable of transferring 100 kilograms per minute and dosing at a rate of 125 kilograms per minute.
