During the most recent board meeting in June 2007 the shareholders have agreed to change the name of Kalenborn Kalprotect – Dr. Mauritz GmbH & Co. KG to Kalenborn Kalprotect GmbH & Co. KG.
Kalenborn Kalprotect is one of the leading companies worldwide in the field of universal wear protection. The company offers complete wear protection solutions based on ceramic and metallic materials as well as rubber and plastics.
The scope of supply ranges from pure engineering, supply of material up to turnkey installation of wear resistant components. Kalenborn Kalprotect is active in the cement industry, coal fired power stations, the iron and steel industry and many other basic industries. By entry in the commercial register the company is now registered as Kalenborn Kalprotect GmbH & Co. KG. The new name is shorter, more concise and precise connected with the company. This will have no influence on the future of the company according to company law or marketing. This is underlined by the shareholders and the management board as well.
All contact persons and their telephone numbers and e-mail addresses remain unchanged. The new name will have no influence on existing contractual relationships. With the new name Kalenborn Kalprotect GmbH & Co. KG will continue the successful collaboration with all business partners.
