These new modular conveyors are dedicated to transport all kinds of bulk solids and powders. Ready to assemble thanks to quick fastening devices with bolts, the different models of the range offer capacities from 0.5 to 200 tons/hour or from 5 to 400 m3/hour.
The conveyor is constituted of modules referenced as: reception module, straight or curved module and ejection module. On the reception module, the metallic casing is equipped with a drum on take up bearings for alignment. The drum’s shaft is mounted on a removable hub. the module is equipped with control, command and safety sensors. On the straight/curved module (module unit: 2890 m), the belt runs through a tube (steel, stainless steel, pvc or polyethylene). The rigidity of the assembly is assured by a strengthening structure on each other side of the conveyor. the sealing along the tube, on each other side of the belt, is done thanks to rubber skirts. on the ejection module, the metallic casing is equipped with a drum coated with a prismatic grooved rubber mounted on take up bearings. The drum is sealed and is coupled with a geared motor with a hollow shaft mounted.
