Anthracite Coal Gob/Culm

Did you know that broken glass waste is also referred to as culm? :^)
Are you seriously wanting/insisting on a hammer mill for the end product?
Pennsylvania Crusher Incorporated makes excellent hammer mills and they are in your back yard. perhaps a "Bradford breaker hammer mill" is what will fill you needs.
Another option is the "Spokane Crusher" vertical impactor, I know of a used one that was used for salt breakage in a an old salt mine screening plant that is sitting unused after a new underground plant was commisioned.
These machines have been made for many years and are very reliable. They are secondary crusher ofen used to make asphault make up sand and are very well designed units
The smallest Spokane crusher will have no trouble making up that size gob for the fluidised bed.
Is the tertiary crushing circuit mobile or stationary?
The Spokanes can be(are also) set up with a trailered diesel power plant, screener, receirculation conveyor etc. to run them with a power take off off of a generator with an aggregate recirculation circuit all on the same trailer.

Culm preparation (crushing)
I am looking for some recommendations on rotary hammer crushers. The fuel here is coal waste bank, commonly known as culm ( anthracite ) here in the Pennsylvania coal region.
The material will have to be 1/4" max at final prep for the circulating fluidized bed boiler. TPH will need to be at least 150.
This material is problematic, very sticky and always has moisture. I'm looking for equipment that can produce and is reliable as well, cost is a secondary factor. I'm currently looking at Extec and Tesab to name a few...any others?
