Pennsylvania Crusher announces Mountaineer® Sizer sale to Pogo Gold Mine

Broomall, PA (March 9, 2007): Pennsylvania Crusher announces the sale of a Mountaineer Sizer to Pogo Gold Mine, located in the upper Goodpaster River valley in Northern Alaska. This mine primarily produces gold ore concentrate that is refined outside of Alaska. The Mountaineer will be used to reduce filter cake which is produced during the process.

The Mountaineer Sizer is designed for primary or secondary sizing of coals, minerals, and lateritic ores having a compressive strength less than 25,000 psi. Pennsylvania® offers it in various sizes and drive configurations. All models accommodate low headroom and assure stated product size and delivery of rated capacity.

Pogo is an underground gold mine with a current estimated gold resource of 5.6 million ounces and an annual production rate of between 350,000 and 500,000 ounces of gold. The mine is owned by Sumitomo Metal Mining, Inc. – a member of the Japanese Sumitono Group. Through a joint venture agreement with Sumitomo, Teck Cominco, a Canadian mining company, has a 40% interest in the property.

Pennsylvania Crusher manufactures size reduction and feeding equipment used in power plants, quarries, mines and other basic industries. The Mountaineer Sizer satisfies industry demands for precise sizing and extremely low generation of fines. It operates at low speeds which minimizes wear and reduces stresses on the sizer.

The Mountaineer sizer will be on exhibit at Coal Prep 2007, Lexington Center, Lexington, KY, May 1- 3, Booth 616.
