3.Strong afer sales service.

4.Cheaper spares.

I will give you a good example of world's renowned car maker Fiat who came came to India and launched very good models which were best in the entire world but failed because of bad after sale service,lot of imported components in the car and very costly spares.Now this company is doing better when they have done partenership in India with Tata Motors.
