Dear Professor, We would like to publish our papaer on -
Development of Port and Infrastructure for 40 mtpa Terminal for Import and Export of various materials by using various high speed equipment and focus on the followings--
1. High speed loading and unloading from the ships(supercape)
2. High speed conveying of material by using pipe conveyor and using same conveyor for import and export.
3.Storage.
4. Stacking and reclaiming.
5.High speed unloading by trucks and by wagons.
6. Rapid loading in to Train.

I have already sent you a mail keeping the main object of the paper
1.Settingup of import and export terminal at a single location by using minimum numbers of equipment,land thus reducing in the total cost of the project.
2. To unload/load the material at a very high rate,this terminal is designed for 40 mtpa coal import or 100 mtpa iron ore import and 30 mtpa clinker export by using same carrying conveyor(pipe conveyor).
3. Evacuation of material coal/iron ore with high speed rapid loading system @ 15 mtpa in the case of coal and 40 mtpa in the case of iron ore.
4. Storing of clinker in DOME silos having 0,3 million t capacity.
5. Since for the clients and shippers, ship size is always matters so in this system arrangement for loading and unloading of supercape vessels up to 1,25,000 t cap is shown.
6.High capacity loading and unloading equipment shown for the faster turn around of the ship.
7.The main jetty is about 3 km long from the main land because it is very difficult to get draft for supercape vessels near the main land.
Please let me have your conscent on this topic.I have also enclosed a general arrangement drawing showing all the facilities.
In the end I really would like to thank this forum who has given me a very wide platform to learn the things from TITANS and also to share my views.

9th International Conference on Bulk Materials Storage,
Handling and Transportation
9-11 October 2007
The University of Newcastle, N.S.W, Australia.
This international conference is organised jointly by the Australian Society for Bulk Solids Handling (ASBSH) and the Centre for Bulk Solids & Particulate Technologies (CBSPT) in Newcastle. This is one of the most important events in the ASBSH calendar and promises to follow the long-standing tradition of very successful international technical events organised by the Society. This conference will bring together many of the key researchers and practitioners in the field worldwide for three days of excellent presentations, discussion and networking. The call for papers is still open and over 100 abstracts are expected to be received from all over the world. At the last conference held in Newcastle, about 60% of the abstracts come from overseas and over 35% were from industry. This suggests that our aim of creating a forum to review the state-of-the-art with respect to research and development and to promote an exchange of ideas between researchers and practitioners is likely to be met.
CONFERENCE FOCUS
The scope of the papers may focus on any matter relating to the many facets of bulk materials storage, handling and transportation. We are interested in contributions from all sectors of industry, from smaller scale process plants through to the mining and minerals industries. PROGRAM
The draft program for the conference should be available by mid-May providing full details of the conference program, the social program and the technical visits. At events such as these, the social interaction and the opportunity for networking is essential if delegates are to derive full benefit from the event. The conference dinner will take place at the Wyndham Estate in the Hunter Valley which creates a magnificent setting for such a key event.
