The FSMDSS Motorized Operator Armchair System is designed to specifically address the growing issue of operator ergonomics and its impact on operator comfort and productivity. The FSMDSS Operator Armchair System provides motorized control of operator armchair adjustments such as console elevation, lateral motion and tilt. Manual or motorized seat adjustments enhance the already extensive chair system adjustments so that accommodating today's wide range of operator sizes is feasible.
Adjustments are so extensive that, in some applications, the operator can sit or stand while operating equipment. This ensures an unobstructed view in order to perform the work safely and efficiently. Operators additionally benefit from the comforts of sitting when the process allows. Consoles can be equipped with a variety of J.R. Merritt joysticks, pushbuttons and other operator devices according to customer requirements.
